CEREC is a CAD/CAM dental technology for restoring damaged teeth, and this restoration can be completed in a single visit to the doctor's office.
It makes your teeth stronger and more beautiful — all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the high-grade ceramic material is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.
CEREC does away with multiple visits often associated with the installation of crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers.
CEREC offers you the comfort and convenience of being able to have a tooth properly restored in a one-visit treatment without discomfort.
Digital 3D imagery technology eliminates the need for taking impressions.
There is no waiting for an outside lab to produce & deliver the ceramic restoration & no followup treatment appointment is required.
Dr. Whitfield will meet with you to examine your teeth to see if your are a good candidate for CEREC. Then, we will discuss the benefits & details of the procedure.
CEREC has been used to place more than 35 million restorations worldwide. Patients can now be fitted with full-contour zirconia in a single visit. This ceramic material has similar strength properties to gold but is tooth-colored.
CEREC crowns are created and placed in a single visit.
